Arrival Information:
Upon arrival at the Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX), claim your baggage and proceed through customs (if you didn’t already clear in Bangkok). Once through, you will enter the main arrivals hall.
Look for the driver at Meeting Point A holding a sign saying “Empress Premier Hotel” with the GC logo on it. There is no cost to you as it is part of the agreement with the hotel.
The distance from the airport to the Empress Premier Hotel is about 4 kms/2.5 miles – an approximate 20-25 minute drive.
